Jasmine is a qualified osteopath, graduating from Health Sciences University (formerly UCO) in 2025, and holds a Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage. She takes a structured, evidence-informed approach, with a strong focus on improving movement quality and using targeted rehabilitation to support long-term outcomes.
With a background in football and netball, Jasmine has a strong understanding of the physical demands of both sport and everyday life. She aims to identify and address the underlying drivers of pain, combining hands-on treatment with tailored rehabilitation to support recovery and reduce the risk of recurrence.
Jasmine works with a broad range of patients, including those experiencing persistent pain, work-related strain, and sports injuries. Her approach is practical, personalised, and goal-oriented, helping patients restore function, build resilience, and move with confidence.
